This policy explains how Constructico (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit this website, book a demo, or contact us. If you use the Constructico platform as a recruiter, an employer, or a candidate, the Platform Privacy Policy also applies to the data processed inside the product.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, work email, phone number, company, and anything else you include when you book a demo, sign up, or write to us.
- Usage information. Standard web logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links.
- Cookies. A small set of cookies for sign-in, security, and preferences, described in the Cookie Policy.
2. How we use it
- to respond to your inquiries and schedule the demo you asked for;
- to operate, secure, and improve the website and our services;
- to send you relevant information about Constructico, which you can opt out of at any time;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our business (such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and scheduling), under contracts that limit what they can do with it, and where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent visitor information.
5. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Inquiry and demo records are kept while a business relationship is active or under discussion.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Children
The website and the Service are for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to privacy@constructico.com.
