  • Pay: $26 – $30 per hour
  • Travel: Statewide across Florida
  • Hours: Company truck provided

Role Summary

We're hiring a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial heating and cooling systems across Florida. You'll travel statewide, work on commercial construction projects and facilities, respond to emergency breakdowns, and mentor junior team members.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain HVAC systems in commercial buildings
  • Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment
  • Read technical drawings and schematics
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls
  • Train junior technicians on procedures

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience
  • Journeyman HVAC Certification
  • Emergency troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (statewide travel required)

Desirable Requirements

  • EPA Section 608 Certification
  • HVAC License (State of Florida)
  • Commercial HVAC experience
  • Building automation systems (BAS) knowledge
  • Preventative maintenance experience
  • Experience in commercial construction or facilities maintenance

Compensation

$26 to $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
